Object of Curiosity

WEEK 1

**************
Another day with another assignment to accomplish !!

What is this object of curiosity? What does it do? How and why?

A random object found by my lecturer in the lecture room.
LOL, what could this alienated object possibly be? HMMMMM...
TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK,TICK TOCK and suddenly (SNAP)

This random and unknown object makes its way into the gasp of the lecturer hand. When he showed it to us, we were wondering what this object would be.Unexpectedly, the questions were made into an assignment that all of us had to do. Thus, after a few hours of squeezing my brain cells hard, I suddenly get the answer to my questions. There are logical and of course on the other hand.. an unlimited fantasiced, illogical answers to what it may be.

Since this is a Creative Studies Course,
we could assumed it to be anything.
No HARM DONE RITE???
After all there is a famous quote :

"Imagination is more important than knowledge"

HERE ARE WAT I THINK:

1. A component created to play ' HIT THE CAN ' game... IMPROVISED VERSION(=_=)

I think of it tat way becoz that is the first thing that came across my mind.Maybe it's due to the fact that it a real pleasure to hold it at the midst of our palm, grip it and throw it at something or ......even SOMEONE *BANG*. The possibilities are high. But i don't experiment it on human being becoz we TEND TO BE IN THE RED ZONE..if we met someone

LIKE THIS:

OR IF YOU ARE THE UNLUCKIEST PERSON ON MOTHER EARTH....

AND also becoz of the *object's cylindricular part* that can be used to tie things like a thin rope on it.

Q: How do we play it ?
A : Of course by hitting it at a target( non-living object)

I was thinking that if we used a super strong glue, we could glue one end of a long rope while twisting a bit of the remainder length around the object's circular body and tie a knot .After that, arrange objects empty cans. Stand far apart and ....LIKE A COWBOY IN THE MOVIE, swing while aiming  the rope towards the can for it to drop ^^

                                                    Something like this > <

 (2) I could also use it as a material for SLINGSHOT.
WHY? ...REAL SIMPLE.Its because its a more CREATIVE WAY to play it instead of the normal way of hitting it directly towards something OR ?.......EVEN SOMEONE using bare hands.

We tend to get caught easily whether it is UNINTENTIONALLY or likewise.Besides, the object's head is in a shape that is easier to
grip at compared to pebbles.

LIKE THIS,

WE CAN PLAY WITH IT LIKE A HIDE AND SEEK
GAME WHILE CATCH THE TARGET OFF GUARD ;D
[ A SMART WAY TO PLAY SAFE..... lol ]
REMINDER : DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME.
ITS JUST A COLLECTION OF MY PERSONAL
THOUGHTS
To use it, just place the object at the elastic band. Heads above and body below. Pull it hard backwards,then.... AIM and SHOOT. The target could be a human, empty cans, or other object.
BUT
P.S: Don't hit it on humans or animals. We may invite REAL TROUBLE

SO BE CAREFUL... AND AGAIN

REMINDER : DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME.ITS JUST AN EXAMPLE

Why Titanic Hit The Iceberg ???

 WEEK 1 CREATIVE STUDIES

TITANIC.....

A historical name that even at present are still engraved in the hearts of society although the incident took place a century ago. Countless numbers of souls were taken from  FAMILIES, LOVERS, or even DEAR FRIENDS on April 15, 1912.

IN THE PAST, Titanic is being termed as unsinkable ship.BUT  WHY DID IT SANK AFTER HITTING THE ICEBERG??????  (o_O) Ain't we curious? Whatever the reasons were, researches ,documentations and investigations are done to solve the case and as a result, many researchers came up with possible logical conclusions .
 PORT SIDE OF TITANIC

First of all, when I tried to Google the net,
I have came across a web that tells about the publication of the novel "Futility" a.k.a."The Wreck of The Titan" by Morgan Robertson in 1898.This novel had raised my suspicion about the incident behind Titanic's sinking. The reasons are because this particular novel's plot is almost the same as what happened to Titanic . It tells about the largest ship hitting the iceberg in the Atlantic ocean on a cold April night.

How could it possibly be that there were too much  coincidence and similarities between the fictional story and the Titanic incident ? It is almost like a foretold before an actual event happens.Just that the foretelling is written in printed form .Moreover, the ship in the book named TITAN , and TITANIC were similar in design and labelled unsinkable.

HERE IS AN EYE-CATCHING  VISUAL AND AUDIO VIDEO THAT  TELLS US MORE   [ENJOY ;D]

AFTER ANALYSING IT LOGICALLY,

(1) I think that the Titanic hit the iceberg mainly due to the condensed fog formed across the ocean. Furthermore, the R.M.S Titanic sailed at a moonless and clear night resulting the captain of the ship or crew having a hard time to spot the iceberg that is up ahead, covered along the thick mist. A TOTAL BLIND SPOT... I would say

Probably, while the ship is sailing at a dark night ,most passenger are not being aware of their surroundings as they are having celebration party at the luxurious ship.In my opinion, most of them were busy exploring the ship (=_=)

(2) The ship hit the iceberg because it is hard to change the original state of motion it is currently in. It can be explained through the "LAW OF INERTIA" .The heavier the mass of an object , the harder it is to change its current state of motion. In Titanic's case, the motion goes straight ahead towards the mammoth iceberg.

Hence, it collided with the iceberg as it is hard to turn its course of direction in the opposite way as well as  the iceberg is also noticed almost too late to avoid the collision.
